ETA 955.132 Quartz Watch Movement

Watch Material seems great. Sent correct product on time and for a great price. Unfortunately, when I depressed the stem release button and gave the stem a gently tug it broke off inside the movement and rendered the movement unusable. Not sure if it was the result of being stressed in shipping or what, as it's usually a simple task to remove the factory stem.
