Congratulations on purchasing a Tech Swiss watch winder. With proper care, your winder should provide you with years of service. Should any issues arise, Tech Swiss watch winders come with a one year warranty that covers any defects in materials or defects in the construction of the watch winder.
Tech Swiss Watch Winder Return Policy:
Tech Swiss winders have a 30 day return policy. Winders can be returned within 30 days of receiving the item regardless of the reason for the return. Return authorizations are required for all returns. Return authorizations can be requested by sending an email to info@techswiss.com. In the email please include "Return authorization request" in the subject line and send us your invoice number.
Please note, return shipping is not covered by Tech Swiss. Buyers are responsible for the safe return of the watch winder. Winders must be returned in new condition and with the original packaging. Should the winder be returned with signs of wear or returned without all its orginial parts and accessories, a 20% restocking fee will be charged and deducted from the return.
